We will notify you that a refund or exchange is on the way, or we may get in contact with you to obtain more information. If the refund is approved, a refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment, please allow several days for this.
Please ensure that you enter the correct address at the checkout as we are unable to provide a refund for any addresses that are entered incorrectly and therefore your parcel goes missing.
