When sending the return, please make sure to include your name, order number, and return address inside the package so we can process it quickly.
Once you’ve shipped it, kindly send us the tracking number as well. We’re unable to process the refund without tracking, as it helps us locate the parcel and speeds everything up on our side.
Our warehouse team will notify us once they receive your return, and we’ll arrange your refund accordingly. Please note that return postage is to be covered as stated in our return policy.
