Can I change or cancel my order?

We are pretty quick at getting orders out of the door, so if you have placed an order and you need something changed or want to cancel then you need to email help@oddcoffeeco.com as soon as possible. We have a system in place that will automatically bump your ticket to the top of the queue if it is urgent. If your order has been dispatched, then unfortunately we cannot change or cancel anything on your order.
